Every game has them. And we all want to kill them. You know, the Newb that asumes and often somehow reaches high lvls yet knows NOTHING about the class/spec/race he is playing? This is the video for them. Its a WoW video but I'm sure it can be applied to any game out there really that allows for multi player play - not just MMO's.
